Worn like an everyday watch, it puts a large, easy-press help button within reach 24 hours a day. The Pearl, with its flashing lights around the outer edge, gives confidence to the user by providing reassurance that their alert for help has been received by the base unit, and it is light enough to wear in the shower, in the garden and overnight.

The Pearl Wrist Watch Pendant is a manually activated help button. It will not call for help on its own if you are unable to press it.

Because the Pearl Wrist Watch is hot waterproof, it can stay on in the shower and bath, which is where a large share of falls at home occur.
The watch communicates by radio with the VitalCALL Seven base unit at up to 300 metres, covering most Australian homes and gardens. Pressing the button opens a two-way voice call through the base unit to our monitoring centre, where trained Australian based operators answer, talk with you, and arrange the help you need from your nominated contacts or emergency services.
The base unit and the wrist watch are supplied separately, so you can pair the Pearl Wrist Watch with a new or existing VitalCALL Seven. If you need protection outside the home, look at the VitalCALL GO mobile pendant. If you need help called automatically when you cannot press the button, choose the Pearl Advanced Pendant with fall detection.
