The NDIS provides support to eligible people living with intellectual, physical, sensory, cognitive and psychosocial disabilities. VitalCALL is a registered NDIS provider (registration number 4050001004), and our products fall under Assistive Technology PERS Care & Safety funding. DVA will fund VitalCALL for eligible Gold and White Card holders with a clinically assessed need — at no charge to them. We've been part of the Rehabilitation Appliances Program (RAP) for over 17 years.

Certain states and territories run schemes that may give you VitalCALL at a discounted price or free of charge. These include corporate groups such as ADSSI, Transition Care, Legacy and more than 100 other aged care and corporate groups.
