- No. VitalCall devices run on 4G mobile networks, so they work anywhere there is coverage — no Wi-Fi or home internet required.
- What happens if I press the button by accident?
- Don't worry — just let the responder know it was a false alarm. Better a hundred false presses than one missed emergency.
- Can I take it travelling within Australia?
- Yes. Our mobile pendants work nationwide on 4G, and GPS lets us find you anywhere.
- Is there a lock-in contract?
- Never. Cancel any time with one month's notice.
- Will my family be notified?
- Yes. You nominate the people we contact. We can also email or SMS event summaries.
