Emergency monitoring & nurse-call

Already have a caretaker or nurse-call system? VitalCALL can provide monitoring and response only. When a pendant is pressed our response centre receives the alarm and contacts the resident. If contact is made we ascertain the situation and dispatch help if needed. If no contact is made we call an ambulance, advise village management and notify the resident's emergency contacts.

Waterproof pendants & two-way voice

Our emergency pendants are water-resistant or waterproof, so residents stay protected in the shower or bath — two of the most common places falls occur. Two-way voice gives the operator and resident a direct line during any incident.
