If a significant fall is detected, the Pearl Advanced Pendant beeps for 15 seconds before sending a signal to the VitalCALL Seven base unit.
If a significant fall is detected, the Pearl Advanced Pendant beeps for 15 seconds before sending a signal to the VitalCALL Seven base unit. A 10-second pre-alarm and unique shake-to-cancel period give the user the chance to cancel before help is summoned. If no movement is detected, an alert is sent to our Emergency Response Centre and the operator follows a specific response procedure including trying to contact the person and sending help if required.
